Dr. Lawrence Mwelwa may not be known to many people, but given an opportunity to meet with him personally one discovers that he is a man of ambition and optimism. He is the former Vice Chancellor of Chreso University, Dr. Mwelwa has defied all odds to become one of the respected educationists in Zambia.
